Many people ask “How sustainable am I?”

To put it bluntly, If you live in the UK, or any first world country you will be having a detrimental effect on the environment. 

Just take a minute to think about your impacts before visiting a festival this summer. 

Starting at home:

  • Do you drive, or take public transport? 

  • Do you pack a lunch or stop en route at a chain store? 

  • Refill or plastic bottles?

  • Maybe it is the music you have come for, where have the musicians flown in from? 

  • What food will you go for? Vegetarian, Organic? 

But is that your fault? 

Shouldn’t it be in the ticket price to balance your part of the carbon footprint of the festival? Or should you decide to balance yours another way? 

Your doing enough to balance your own life!

Let’s just suggest that you want to enjoy yourself guilt free, impossible, right?
